Treat yourself to a culinary experience: at the restaurant of the Podere del Germano Reale, cooking is a ritual.
A daily ritual at our agritourism in Rimini. We only use natural ingredients, either produced directly by us or purchased from trusted local suppliers.
Ingredients are used to make meat or seafood dishes that reflect the traditions of Romagna and are innovative at the same time.

What we do
You will find full meat and seafood menus.
Head chef conducts the kitchen and, just like in an orchestra, makes sure that the dishes are perfect.
He makes first courses with homemade egg pasta, rolled out with a rolling pin, according to Romagna tradition.
And then there are the second courses that are a classic, such as the Grilled Meat made with local produce. Or seafood options, such as the Fish from the Market in the Display Case, with the catch of the day cooked as you prefer, in a salt crust, grilled, baked.
The olive oil is of our own production, as are many vegetables harvested directly from our small garden.
The final dessert is what you need to say you are truly satisfied. Dip your teaspoon into a Toffee Tiramisu, or an Artisan Pistachio Gelato. You'll feel an explosion of joy as soon as you try these delicacies!

The location
During the warm season, you will be able to eat at the tables in our veranda and enjoy the view. This is the perfect setting for happy moments. Here, you can enjoy the long summer evenings.
In winter, the welcoming and warm indoor dining room becomes the place to enjoy the menu that features seasonal dishes.
